Hi! My name is Angelo, Gelo for short. I just turned 2 years old last March 3, 2006. I am the only child of Jonathan & Jennifer Bonavente. My dad is a Professional Service Representative from Medichem Pharmaceuticals. My mom is currently unemployed because of my health status.

When I grow up, I plan to study hard so that I will become a doctor and help those who are in need. This sounds like a very simple dream, but I am afraid that I might not fulfill it. It is because when I was 2½ month old, my doctors found out that I was suffering from biliary atresia, a condition wherein my bile ducts did not develop well when I was on my mom’s womb. As a result, the bile accumulates on my liver and is slowly destroying it. My doctors said that for me to continue living beyond 2 years old, I have to undergo liver transplant, a procedure that is very expensive and costs 4-5 million pesos. My mom and dad, including all of our relatives don’t have this big amount of money. That is why I am appealing for your help and ask whatever amount God will move you to give. I also ask that you please include me in your daily talk with God. Your help will contribute more for my operation’s realization & success.
